About These Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Cago.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cago.in (the "Website") and your enquiries, orders and purchases from Cago through the Website, WhatsApp or any other ordering method made available by us.
Cago is operated by Baani Singh, trading as "Cago" ("Cago", "we", "us" or "our").
By using this Website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order with us.
Our Products
Cago designs and offers clothing, blazers, accessories and related products.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, materials and other product information displayed on the Website are accurate.
However, colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting, screen settings and the device used to view the Website.
Product availability may change from time to time, and the display of a product on the Website does not guarantee that it will remain available.
Handcrafted Details
Many Cago pieces feature hand embroidery, embellishment and other artisanal techniques.
Because elements of this work are completed by hand, subtle variations in the placement, appearance or finish of handcrafted details may occur between individual pieces.
These small variations are part of the nature and character of handcrafted production and are not, by themselves, manufacturing defects.
However, this does not mean that the essential design, construction or characteristics of a garment may materially differ from its description.
If a product is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from what was ordered, your rights under our Returns & Exchange Policy and applicable law are not affected by this clause.
Sizing and Fit
Please review the applicable Size Guide and product information before placing your order.
Measurements and fit may vary slightly between styles depending on the fabric, cut and construction of the garment.
If you are uncertain about sizing, you may contact us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will be happy to assist.
Any sizing guidance provided by Cago is intended to help you select an appropriate size, but individual fit may vary.
Prices
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges will be displayed or communicated before payment is completed.
We may change product prices from time to time. Changes in price will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where required by law.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Submitting an enquiry, clicking an enquiry button or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not automatically reserve a product.
If a product or material required to fulfil your order becomes unavailable after payment has been made, we will contact you.
Where we are unable to fulfil the order as agreed, we may offer an alternative where appropriate or refund the amount paid for the product that cannot be supplied.
Placing an Order
Cago may accept product enquiries and orders through WhatsApp or another ordering method indicated on the Website.
Clicking "Enquire on WhatsApp", submitting an enquiry or contacting Cago about a product does not by itself create a confirmed order.
Before accepting an order, we may verify the product and size requested, availability, any agreed customisation, price, production timeline, delivery information and payment details.
Your order is confirmed once Cago accepts the order following successful payment, or otherwise expressly confirms to you that your order has been accepted.
Payment
At present, payment may be completed using a payment link or another payment method communicated to you by Cago after you contact us.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider and may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Cago will never ask you to send your card PIN, banking password or one-time password (OTP) through WhatsApp, email or social media.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Cago
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product or required material becomes unavailable, an obvious pricing or product-description error occurs, payment cannot be completed or verified, information required to fulfil the order is incomplete, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an accepted order after receiving payment and the order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the applicable amount paid, subject to applicable law.
Customer Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Cago as soon as possible.
Whether an order can be cancelled may depend on whether production has begun, whether the product has been customised and whether the order has already been dispatched.
Any specific cancellation conditions will be set out in our Returns & Exchange Policy and, where relevant, communicated before a customised order is confirmed.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery availability depends on the destination.
If you would like to confirm whether Cago can deliver to your location, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.
Delivery estimates may include both the time required to produce a made-to-order garment and the time required for shipping.
Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier disruption, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If we become aware of a material delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
Further shipping information may be provided in our Shipping Policy or during the ordering process.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Returned products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.
A product that is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description will be dealt with separately from a standard change-of-mind return.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order reasonably promptly after delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the product you ordered, please contact Cago with your order details.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information reasonably required to assess the issue.
We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Product Care
Please follow the care instructions provided with or displayed for your product.
Unless different care instructions are provided for a particular garment, Cago's current care guidance is dry clean only.
Damage caused by care, cleaning, alteration or use contrary to the product's care instructions may not be treated as a manufacturing defect, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Website Use
You agree to use cago.in only for lawful purposes.
You must not knowingly interfere with the operation or security of the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or related systems, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, use the Website fraudulently or systematically copy or commercially exploit Website content without permission.
We may take reasonable steps to protect the Website, Cago and our customers from suspected fraud, misuse or security threats.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Cago Website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Cago.
This includes the Cago name and logo, photography, videos, illustrations, artwork, graphics, text, editorial copy, Website layouts and other original brand material.
You may view and use the Website for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit Cago content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Cago's intellectual property to you.
Third-Party Services
The Website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including WhatsApp, payment providers, delivery providers, email service providers and social-media platforms.
These services operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Cago is not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

We take the privacy of our customers and Website visitors seriously.

If you separately choose to join the Cago waitlist or receive marketing communications, those communications will be handled in accordance with the consent you provide and our Privacy Policy.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in the relevant communication.
Website Availability
We take reasonable steps to keep cago.in available and accurate.
However, we do not guarantee that the Website will always operate without interruption or technical error.
We may temporarily modify, restrict or suspend parts of the Website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, updates, security or operational reasons.
Temporary unavailability of the Website will not affect rights relating to an order that Cago has already accepted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cago will not be responsible for losses that are indirect or were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of a breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right or remedy available to a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Cago will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where that delay or failure results from circumstances reasonably outside our control.
These may include natural disasters, severe weather, governmental restrictions, transport or courier disruption, strikes, civil disturbance, telecommunications failures or other comparable events.
Where such an event materially affects an existing customer order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the affected customer.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Website, products, services, business practices or applicable law.
The latest version will be published on this page and identified by the Last updated date above.
Unless required by law, a later change to these Terms will not ordinarily alter the terms governing an order that Cago had already accepted before the change took effect.

Severability

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to rights available to consumers under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
