Editorial collage — hand embroidered blazer fabric detail by CAGO

why cago

Workwear needs to be plain
is too boring.

CAGO makes structured blazers with hand embroidery along with work essentials like shirts, trousers and accessories.

What's different, you ask?

Personality built in, where no one told you to put it.

For the woman who's done dressing like a deck slide.

Six chapters, one thread

  1. The Beginning

Thirty years. More personalities than I can count.

  2. Soft Rebellion

I've been the girl in her brother's oversized clothes, the one who loathed skirts, the one who wore basketball shoes with a dress just because she could. Soft rebellion, but rebellion nonetheless.

  3. Growing Up

Then I grew up (debatable), and all I saw in every workplace was a well-postured sea of blue, grey, and black.

  4. So, CAGO was born.

  5. What's in a Name

What does it mean? Honestly, nothing. It's a word we use at home, something said in confidence, in love, just because.

  6. The Closing Line

And that's exactly what this is. A little love for your 'professional' personality. Because the days are heavy, and feeling like yourself, even just a little, can keep you sane.
